By accessing or using Lumos ASO AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors and registered account holders.

2. Description of Service

Lumos ASO AI is a free-to-use App Store Optimization research platform. The Service allows users to analyze App Store keywords, view competitor app data sourced from Apple's public iTunes Search API, view keyword frequency analysis, and receive AI-generated ASO suggestions. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Submit search queries containing profane, offensive, or sexually explicit language
• Attempt to circumvent the keyword content filter or any other security measure
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to interact with the Service in excess of normal use
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Use the Service to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code or malware
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it

5. Content Policy

The Service includes an automated filter that blocks search keywords containing inappropriate language. Repeated attempts to submit disallowed content may result in account suspension. We reserve the right to review and remove any saved search data that violates this policy.

6. Third-Party Data

App Store data displayed within the Service is sourced from Apple's public iTunes Search API. This data is subject to Apple's own terms of service. Lumos ASO AI makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data sourced from Apple. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc.

7. AI Suggestions Disclaimer

The AI-generated ASO suggestions provided by the Service are generated using rule-based logic and publicly available data. These suggestions are provided for informational and research purposes only. Lumos ASO AI makes no guarantee that implementing these suggestions will improve App Store rankings or visibility. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on these suggestions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and features of the Service — excluding third-party data — are the property of Lumos ASO AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Your saved search data belongs to you. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lumos ASO AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to use the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms
